• Service refers to the Application.

Personal and Usage Data

The Application operates as a standalone utility. We do not require users to create an account, nor do We actively collect, transmit, or store Personal Data, Usage Data, IP addresses, or unique Device identifiers on any external servers.

In-App Purchases and Financial Data

The Application offers premium features (such as the Advanced Engine) through in-app purchases. All financial transactions are processed entirely and securely by Google Play Billing. The Developer does not collect, process, or have access to Your payment details. Google Play retains Your purchase history to ensure Your premium features remain unlocked across devices. Please refer to Google's own Privacy Policy regarding their handling of Your financial data.

Refund Policy

All in-app purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

• Within 48 Hours: If You request a refund within 48 hours of Your purchase, Google Play may process it directly depending on the purchase details. Please use the automated refund flow in Your Google Play transaction history.
• After 48 Hours: As the Developer, We process refunds according to Our policies and applicable laws. After 48 hours, all sales are considered final. However, if You experience technical defects or the Application does not function as intended, please contact Us at physica.support@gmail.com with Your Google Play Order ID. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Data Deletion

Because We do not collect or store user accounts or Personal Data on any external servers, there is no data for Us to delete upon request. Transaction history is managed exclusively by Google Play.

Support Communications

If You choose to contact Us for support via email, We will use Your email address and any provided device diagnostic information solely to respond to Your specific inquiry. This information is not added to any marketing database or shared with third parties.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us so We can take necessary actions.
